Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible return requests may still be raised after delivery.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are applicable for damaged products, wrong products and manufacturing defects. Customers must report eligible issues within 7 days of delivery with the order details and supporting photographs.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
